My daughter Florence Paget filmed herself making baked salmon with honey-dill sauce for a quick weeknight dinner with green beans on the side.
Salmon actually swim down from Washington to Northern California, so we can easily find them at the store.
If you bake salmon yourself, it is about half the price you would pay for a ready-to-bake fish at the store.
Florence’s recipe is easy to put together, and is something my French mother-in-law would have liked.
