Ginger Cookies Recipe by Ruth Paget
For 24 Cookies
Ingredients:
-1 stick of butter (8 tablespoons)
-1 cup sugar
-1 egg
-1/2 cup molasses
-1 tablespoon vinegar
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-2 ½ cups flour
-1 teaspoon each of ginger, cinnamon, and baking powder
Steps:
1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2-Mix all the ingredients together.
3-Roll dough into a cylinder and slice round cookies.
4-Bake cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes.
