Mint Dressing Recipe by Ruth Paget
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon sugar
-1 teaspoon pepper
-4 tablespoons lemon juice
-3/4 cup vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
Step:
1-Place all ingredients except mint into a covered jar like a Mason jar. Cover and shake well. Chill.
2-When ready to use, shake the jar again. Add the fresh mint and shake again.
